Ah to be a child again... innocent, engaged, ready to take on the world.  Although, it gets a bit tough to be a little one.  Everything is stimulating, sometimes even over overwhelming.  Calm Down Child is for those moments when we just want to help nudge them slow down and come back to center.  Encouraging a gentle return to presence, awareness, and self.
